Sick stuff

Great guitar playing, a little sloppy, but well done - and it's a lot cleaner than my playing :P
Good effects and great drums, too. What virtual drums are you using? They samples sound fucking sexy, especially the toms :P

Burn7 responds:

I gave your "Black White and Red" a listen and... really, your playing is probably better than mine is :P

But yeah, I definitely should have mastered this, or at least re-recorded my sloppiness. I would have if I had realized it was going to get so much fucking attention >.<

I use XLN Audio's Addictive Drums. It's a pretty sexy fuckin' kit. I did most of the EQ'ing on the kit myself though. I like to try and bring out the punchiness of the kick/toms, and most of the presets don't have that power that I enjoy.

Glad you liked it :)

Good job

It's not perfect, and there are a few things that I don't really like - but considering the fact that you don't even really like dubstep, this is really well done. Good job :D

DJT3chnic responds:

Hehe, yea.. I guess for the first time doing it.. It's ok, Nothing special. Thanks for the feedback.

Diiiirty wobbles

Sounding pretty sick so far.
The intro did begin to bore me, but lead to the buildup just in time to catch my attention again. The buildup sounds pretty effective. The drop sounds like it needs a subbass or something, but the wobbles are brilliantly filthy ;)
Looking forward to the finished track! Good job :D

Omnivore responds:

Thanks :D, my first time on Dub-Step, I'm glad I'm not Epic Failing this!

Oh my Jesus

My brain just fucking spl0ded man
this shit's better than Playboy, great effing job.

TheBiocide responds:

Hahahaha! That's a new one xD
Thanks man! Really glad you enjoyed it so much!

This is fucking sick

This needs so much more recognition, it's pretty damn awesome. And I'm not even that into breakcore :p

5/5 10/10

You've definately got the right idea

I'm not really in the mood to give a full in-depth review,
but this is still pretty sick.
There are quite a few things that bothered me, but the wobbles are filthy and I like a lot of the synths you've got going on it there.
Good work, and I'll keep posted for any other dubstep you post ;)

Kreepman responds:

Thanks..but uh, you gave me a zero xP

Pretty sick

Props man, this is sick.
I think the drums could use a lil more bass and a lil more oomph, but the siren was sampled perfectly and the wobbles sounded pretty sick.

adavism responds:

well i never used a compressor on the master track to give it that boom. I'm working on a remix of this and after that i'll probly throw a compressor on the original track. thanks for the comment.

Too sick

You've gotta be one of the most talented producers I know. Honestly, all your stuff sounds so professionally done. Amazing quality, amazing synths, amazing composure, basically amazing everything. Keep up the good work and you'll get so far, man.

Yeeeess

I'm digging the fuck outta thiiissss.
I love the intro, you nailed it perfectly. I don't think I have any complaints about the intro or the buildup.
Now, the drop, is fucking sick. I do have a few complaints about it, though:
-I think that it would sound alot better if the snare got heavier during the drop
-After the first 4 bars of the drop, I think that adding in some typing of hihat on the offbeat would keep it interesting.

Also, just some advice, I don't think remixes of copyrighted songs are allowed on newgrounds :/

Other then that, this is awesome. Keep up the good work.

Nice one

I'm really diggin this,
but I do have quite a few complaints
-I think that the piano would sound alot better if you played around with it's velocity, make it sound more human
-It would sound alot better if the bass that comes in around 1:00 was sidechained to the kick
-The snare, to be honest, sounds pretty shitty in my opinion. It's needs to have next to no reverb, and a ton more oomph. The pitch also sounds kinda iffy.

If you fix these things and make it sound a little more 3D (Stereo enhancer etc.) then it'll sound pretty sick. A bassline change somewhere in the soung would also be pretty cool.

DjJTech responds:

Thats not the snare you hear thats the Hi hat that I did a pitch change on it covered the snare. good tip on the piano, and personal I liked the bass off set to the kick and yes I thought of changeing the bass line but I wanted to make it as simple as posible thanks for the review and advice
